If language text still can not be displayed normally, then the problem is that the related language is not installed by your windows system. You can install this language by control panel in your windows system.
Q. Why windows firewall prompt an alert dialog?
A. Subtitle Translation Wizard listen 1245 and 1246 port for time synchronization. So if windows firewall prompt the alert dialog, please unblock those ports and it will be absolutely safe.
Otherwise Subtitle Translation Wizard can not play subtitle.
